1. Understanding SRO (Service Request Order)/ Functional Specifications and Create Test Cases.
2. Perform Release/System testing as per the Functional specs and also test all other affected modules. Prepare release test reports
3. Resolve the issues related to the usage of the existing functionality of the software product.
4. Log all defects in the Issue Tracker system and track them to a closure
5. Identification and tracking of problems/defects throughout the test and life cycle of product.
6. Maintain effective relationships and open communication with other departments
