Job Title                      : Technical Support Officer (Only Technical Candidates) and Senior Technical Officer.

Work Location          : India- Mumbai (Malad).
 
Educational Qualification : 10+2 years of formal education. This candidate should not be in regular college or perusing any form of correspondence-education. He should also have 2 years of relevant work experience after completing his/her 12th std.

Graduates from any stream are welcome (Fresher's).
BE first class will only be considered if the candidate has 1-2 years of work experience.(new).

10+3 years of Diploma is also Welcome (from any Polytechnic Institute). He should also have 2 years of relevant work experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

PREREQUISITES: Meets education requirements or has equivalent work
experience.  Demonstrates strong communication skills.

Essential  Functions: Responsible for ensuring timely process through which problems are controlled.  This includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.  The Help Desk agent is able to resolve problems immediately, typically using the
Knowledge Base and other Helpdesk tools.  The Help Desk agent may provide guidance/training for less experienced personnel.

Hiring Constraints/ Required Skills :

*        Strong written and verbal English communication skills
*        Working knowledge of desktop PC and peripheral devices.
*        Proven understanding of network protocols, hardware and Network

E-Mail Systems. (Exchange & Outlook)
*        Proven understanding of Windows OS (XP/2000/ NT) in a network environment
*        Proven knowledge in Word Processing, Spreadsheet and Database Software packages
*        Customer support experience required
*        Flexibility in work schedule and processes
*        Professional customer service skills and a positive attitude required
*        Possess analytical problem solving skills
*        Good time management skills
*        Ability to handle difficult or irate customers
*        Ability to respond to and resolve customer inquiries
*        Ability to listen effectively
*        Ability to follow procedural guidelines to respond to and/or research customer questions
*        Ability to work in a team environment
*        Ability to diagnose and resolve customer problems via the telephone
*        Ability to multitask and adapt to constantly changing environment.

Salary Range :

Candidates with 0-5 months exp. Will get 1.8 Lakhs. So on..

        New Sal (Annual CTC)       
0-5 Months                    1,80,000       
6-11 Months                  2,00,000       
12-16 Months                2,30,000       
18 Months & Above        2,50,000       

Only International BPO Inbound Experience is considered.
