Domain Skills
Sound knowledge on Custody, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency domain (at least 5 yrs)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to handle client facing role requiring close client interaction and status reporting
Should be able to lead/mentor the team.
Should possess good team management skills.
Technical Skills
Java 1.4 or later, - J2EE, JSP & Servlet, EJB, Design Patterns, Web sphere / App Server, MQ / JMS, SQL / DB2, UNIX Shell , Perl, Struts/Spring, ORM FW (OJB/Hibernate), unit / Testing , Ant / Maven, Advance Java Script
Should be a Java / J2EE / Web Certified professional
Should be proficient in code optimization and performance tuning
Should have rich experience on application development / maintenance of complex enterprise applications
Perform software troubleshooting and monitoring functions
Exp: 6+ years
