Job Description:
1. Make outbound calls to customers and check details about the business as per information with us. ( Market Research ) or
2. Take inbound calls from customers asking about billing information. (telecom) or employee queries to the HR Helpdesk
Location: Delhi/NCR
Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
6 months in an International calling role
Good customer interfacing skills / Pleasant conversationalist / Clear neutral pronunciation and correct grammer.
