Job Description:
About Phone Banking Dept:

We are the Corporate Service Division i.e. the Investigations Service Desk for all Corporate customers.

The customers avail of Products or rather utilise the service facilities from the Bank for products such as

Cash Management,

Trade,

Account Services,

Mutual Funds,

Funds Transfer,

FI Relations,

Forex,

Clearing.

These customers call up CitiService (Phone Banking and Investigations) for any post transactional queries relating to any of these products.

They can be related to Processing detail, status inquiries, Taxation related refunds done or write offs taken for customers, interpostings etc. We also recommend rectification journal entries in the customer account.

Online team:

The candidate shall have to take Corporate customer calls (anywhere between 40-80),

handle email queries coming to a common drop,

addrress quick kill queries (like account balance certificate, account statements etc).

The agent has to be confident, dynamic, have the ability to multitask, articulate and convincing.

He/She shall have to access all the banking systems relevant to the query.

He/she; to be noted, is a direct customer interface.


Job Description:

- For this profiles, the agent shall be trained extensively on Products and Systems - not on accounting concepts though.

- Customer window is
8 to 8 with shifts operating within the same.

- It is a day shift job but the candidate should be willing to work staggered hours.

- Work experience preferred and ideal if he/she carries an accounting background.

- Candidate should have the right and positive attitude.

-He/ She should have the ability to handle volumes.

- No leaves, other than on urgent medical grounds during the probation period of first 6 month from the date of joining.

- There is no Consumer level interaction. Therefore there is no cross selling, tele marketing, incentive based earning, collections or any Consumer banking Products involved.

Desired Profile:
Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in commerce, Management or equivalent experience

6 month to 4 years experience in similar profile(Phone Banking)

Should have good customer service and communication skills.

Experience in Banking or Financial Industry preferred.

Should have strong analytical skills.

. Candidate should be from Mumbai only

. MBA, MMS & CA need not apply.

Salary Package: CTC of INR 1.5 lakh to 4 Lakh
