* 4+ years of experience in all the SDLC phases.
* Experience in Java/J2EE technology, and different IDM tools in different functional domains.
* Experience in Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of security and other Internet related projects.
* Expeditious in doing the code analysis and preparing the code flow document.
* Having a proactive approach and quick-learning capability to any kind of problems.
* Should have hands on experience in Java, J2EE, EJB with Hibernate, Spring, and Struts framework.
Min. Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MBA/MSC (IT)
