Experience :
-> 5 - 10 years of total IT experience.
-> Minimum 4+ years on Oracle Apps 11i.
Skills:
-> Should have thorough experience on PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions,Workflow, Forms, etc.
-> Candidate should have strong hands on RICE components, atleast have done one full life cycle implementation.
-> Exposure to latest technology like OAF, XML Publisher,BPEL would be preferred skill set.
-> Should have worked on Oracle Customer Hub and Trading Community Architechture modules.
-> Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
-> Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
-> Should possess team handling experience
