Skill set:
· Any Graduate/Undergraduate (Including BE/
B.Tech) with 0-3 yrs experience.
· Excellent comm skills.
· Willing to work in night shifts
· Should posess basic knowledge in
technical concepts like ISP, LAN, Operating Systems, TCP/IP
Salary GridVaries between 1.2 and 2.8 Lakhs p.a based on relevant
experience of the candidate.
The Designations we hire for are :
Trainee Tech Support Associate (Level 0)
Requirement : Freshers
CTC : 1.2 lakhs p.a
Tech Support Associate ( Level 1)
Requirement : 6-17 months of relevant experience
CTC : Between 1.3-2.2 lakhs p.a
Senior Tech Support Associate (Level 2)
Requirement : 18 months and above
CTC : Between 2.3-2.8 lakhs p.a
Points to remember:
We do not hire anyone pursuing regular college/ But can hire
candidates who are done with their final yr exams.
