Technical Support Engineers
Candidates Profile: Someone who is a self-starter with the ability to work on their own and take initiative, has good interpersonal and organisational skills, is comfortable in a team environment, is assertive and self motivated, excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills, can manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, has excellent research and analysis skills and can quickly grasp new concepts, the ability to work to tight deadlines and to work with other members of the same team and with various departments.
Role: Trouble-shooting and replicating complex customer issues and managing them through the fault resolution process.
Maintaining call logs and works activity reporting.
Liaison with customers, sales, product management, engineering teams and with other Critical Path support centre. (more…)
