Data and Applicant Executive

Job Description:  Key representative, raising the profile of the Reuters Support Centre with customers, and maintaining active contact and communication with customers.

Responsible for the provision of data and functionality support and assistance over the telephone and other electronic mediums, in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner and through this, contributing to a steady improvement in customer satisfaction.

Ensure that you maintain adequate product, market and call handling expertise to perform your job efficiently, including the correct call logging, administrative and procedural practices required.

Proactively support colleagues and share information enthusiastically, promoting an open and committed approach to knowledge development and team co-operation, building on best practice and helping facilitate improvement in the centre.

Support and actively seek involvement in launches of new products and services as directed.

Escalate significant events to management, account teams and other operational departments.

Accept taking on project or additional areas of responsibility which will assist personal development and team effectiveness.

Maintain relationships with other Reuters Support Centres and resolver groups around the organisation.

Recognise and escalate recurring problems

Report writing responsibilities

Mentor to new staff by assisting in training and development on an as needs basis (more…)
