The JD is as under:
§ Experience in providing Windows/Linux technical support to enterprise customers
§ Should have strong fundamental knowledge about operating systems
§ Experience with Windows and Linux administration
§ Experience with ssl and other security related technologies (optional)
§ Experience with web app development (optional)
§ Experience Debugging and Troubleshooting an enterprise application
§ Experience handing escalated technical support cases.
§ Aptitude for representing technical support in new product introductions.
§ Linux administration, OS development experience.
§ Understanding of operation and administration of Windows NT or Windows 2000 systems
§ Familiarity with HTML authoring and operation of UNIX-based Web
